However, we know that you can’t help others if you aren’t feeling 100% yourself, both mentally and physically.
Avoid the inevitable burn out and plug in some time to make sure you’re feeling refreshed and recharged for the day. Here’s our tips for little ways to get some self-care in your everyday routine.
Discover a new podcast
Here at Cosabella, we love listening to podcasts. It’s such an easy thing to make mundane tasks, like commuting home or folding laundry, more interesting. Our current go-to’s? We’re loving How I Built This or Oprah’s SuperSoul Conversations.
Pamper your skin & hair
Spend a few extra minutes in your skin care routine to make sure you’re giving your skin the love it deserves. Treat yourself to an eye roller and spend your TV time rolling away any puffiness under your eyes.
