Cosabella’s 2010 Angel of Hope bra
In addition to donating 10% of October’s “Prettie in Pink” sales to Bra-Ha-Ha, Cosabella will be partnering with the organization and Neiman Marcus Orlando for a Bra-Ha-Ha event to benefit ‘Women Playing for Time’, a charity supporting those battling breast cancer. The Bra-Ha-Ha event will challenge individuals and groups within local communities to draw upon personal experience with breast cancer – as survivors, family members and friends of survivors – or simply as supporters of the cause – and use that inspiration to create a themed design with which to decorate a basic Cosabella bra.
The evening of October 6, 2011 from 6pm to 9pm, community and business leaders will gather at Neiman Marcus at the Mall at Millenia, to view the inspirational ‘bra art’. The event’s presenting sponsor, Waldorf Astoria Orlando, will be providing passed hors d’oeuvres and signature cocktails. All bras will be judged by local celebrities, and the evening’s host is Wendy Chioji, a renowned anchor woman and breast cancer survivor of 10 years. All processed from the event will be donated to Women Playing For T.I.M.E.® and MD Anderson Cancer Center Orlando.

Bra registrations are due by Monday, September 19 and bra entries and fees are due by 4 p.m. Monday, October 3.
